Call (978) 955-8347It comes down to square footage, the material you pick, and how much excavation and base work the site needs — a flat back yard and a steep slope are very different jobs. That's why the estimate is free, in writing, and given after we've actually stood on the site.
That's decided under the surface, not on top of it. Freeze-thaw is what lifts and cracks bad work, so we dig to proper depth, build a compacted base, and get water moving away from the structure. It's the part nobody sees and the reason a job still looks right thirty years on.
Both. Restoration and repair are a big part of what we do — resetting sunken pavers, rebuilding failing walls, repointing brick and fixing chimneys.
A front walkway is often a few days. A full patio with walls and steps usually runs one to three weeks, depending on size, access and weather. You get a realistic timeline with your estimate, not an optimistic one.
